I am a certified K-2 teacher of 13 years. I have a master’s in Literacy Studies. I use EBLI which is a speech to print approach that yields faster results and can help non-readers become readers. It involves direct and systematic instruction while incorporating reading, writing, spelling, fluency and comprehension. EBLI is great for EVERYONE including children/adults labeled Dyslexic.
